Robert Surber works to support health and human service organizations to clarify and pursue their goals and
to develop effective strategies to prioritize and implement services that achieve their goals. This is done through fostering strong and positive relationships throughout the organization, within a process that clarifies and
supports the organizaiton's mission and values.
Strategic planning, organizational development, funding development, and program implementation activities are designed to build upon the strengths, traditions, culture, and historical context of the organization.
Robert Surber is a professional social worker with over 35 years of mental health, substance abuse, and human
services experience with adults, children, and the elderly, including 20 years of management experience, and 12 years of independent consulting.
Mr. Surber considers his work as advocacy for undeserved populations that promotes full community functioning and recovery by supporting the goals and dreams of consumers and their families.
