Training programs are available in formats from 2 hours to 5 days in length.
Content is provided through didactic presentations that encourage active discussion and debate. Group discussion and feedback is also . The focus is on presenting material that can be used immediately in the participants day to day work. Robert Surber also provides staff training in ongoing (i.e. weekly or bi-weekly formats) that focus on integrating evidence based methods and best practices into providers' practice.
