Robert Surber provides staff development and training for health and human professionals, paraprofessionals, consumer/family  providers and advocates in evidence based interventions and best practices for delivering comprehensive community based treatment services for seriously mentally ill and other multiple need populations.

Training Formats and Methods

Training programs are available in formats from 2 hours to 5 days in length. Content is provided through didactic presentations that encourage active discussion and debate. Group discussion and feedback is also .  The focus is on presenting material that can be used immediately in the participants day to day work. Robert Surber also provides staff training in ongoing (i.e. weekly or bi-weekly formats) that focus on integrating evidence based methods and best practices into providers' practice.
