Robert Surber has over thirty five years of experience delivering, developing,
managing and teaching innovative and effective comprehensive service approaches and in integrating systems care for high-need and high-cost, yet underserved populations.
In rapidly changing health and human service environments with an emphasis on
evidence based methods, there is now an opportunity and an obligation to develop cost-effective, community based services for multiple need populations, including adults, youth and seniors with
serious mental illnesses, substance abuse disorders, developmental disabilities, and HIV/AIDS. In the 21st century it is necessary that all health and human services promote full community functioning and recovery by focusing on the goals and dreams of consumers and their families.
Consultation is available to public health, mental health, substance abuse,
and social service programs, academic institutions, and nonprofit and for-profit health and human service agencies in the following areas:
